Shipping Information

Our shipping rates are as follows: Flat rate of $9 Shipping is done via Australia Post with tracking

Orders are not posted on weekends or public holidays.

All orders are shipped within 2 business days if items are in stock.

If you elect not to pay for tracking Lazy Daisy will not be responsible for missing parcels.

Click and Collect is no longer available.

Due to Australia Post no longer leaving cards in letterboxes for deliveries, we need to add your mobile number on the outside of your parcel. Please let me know in the comments section

if you do not want this on your parcel.

 

International Shipping

Our flat rate is for Australian orders only. If you wish to order any of our items please email us and we will send you a Paypal invoice.
Credit Card Payments
We use Square for credit card payments
You will receive an email once your order has processed or posted containing your tracking number. This tracking number should be active within 24 hours.

Issues paying with PayPal

PayPal payments failing with a “verify you are human” or “we’re having trouble making sure it’s you” message is a security measure often triggered by unusual activity, new devices, or browser issues. This often results in a “loop” where verification is repeatedly requested.
Here are the most common solutions to fix this issue:
Immediate Workarounds
  • Use the PayPal App: If the website is failing, log in using the mobile app, which often bypasses browser-based verification loops.
  • Clear Browser Data: Clear your browser’s cache, cookies, and history, then try again, or use an incognito/private window.
  • Try Another Browser or Device: Switch from Chrome to Firefox, or move from desktop to mobile to bypass saved cache issues.
  • Wait 24-72 Hours: If you have tried to log in too many times, the system may have placed a temporary block. Waiting 24-72 hours without attempting to log in can allow the security system to “calm down”.
